School Business and Administration Post - Norbury Hall and Oakgrove School

Based across two of our schools –  Norbury Hall Primary and Oakgrove School

Full Time Scale 5 Term Time Only Plus Five Days Permanent from September 2025 or before if possible.

We are looking for a flexible and experienced colleague to support the financial management of two of our schools within our MAT.

Working under the direction of the HT and the SLT of each of the schools you will work to undertake the day to day financial management of the school.  This will include budget monitoring, reporting to GB and managing and processing payment and contractual paperwork for the school within the trust.

You will be part of the finance and admin network supported by the trust and have opportunity to work alongside our CFO and COO to dovetail the work of the school with wider opportunities as a trust.

The post requires a total of five additional days taken in the school holidays to ensure financial year end procedures are completed for essential deadlines. This is calculated as part of the salary offer.

All relevant training for financial and budget systems will be given and opportunities for further CPD is a priority within our trust.

The role requires a colleague with the capacity to drive between sites and a mileage allowance is calculated as part of the salary offer.
